Please note I work only with individual adult clients (aged 18+).
From time to time we can all struggle to cope with everyday life. Person-centred counselling can provide a space and a non-judgemental listening ear to help you work through your worries.
I am a person-centred counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Strathclyde. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their Code of Ethics. To maintain this membership, I am committed to regular clinical supervision and Continuous Professional Development.
I have worked in a variety of community counselling and support services, helping clients to work through a range of issues such as difficult relationships and family dynamics, bereavement, abuse, neglect, significant life changes, domestic abuse, gender, sexuality, challenges related to autism, ADHD and other neurodivergence, work-related issues and many more.
The counselling relationship is unique in that it is an empathic and non-judgemental environment to share your innermost thoughts, in a confidential space.
I offer telephone and video counselling, as well as face to face counselling. Please get in touch via telephone or email if you wish to discuss counselling further.
